We agree on the desired outcome, what’s included, who needs to be involved, and how we’ll judge the result. We also identify the systems, data, and access the work depends on.
Not every problem needs AI. A simpler integration, a clearer process, or an existing tool may be the better answer.

Make the work
usable beyond launch.
Testing, documentation, team training, and ownership belong in the plan. Ongoing maintenance and support are agreed explicitly as part of the engagement.
We make limitations and remaining decisions clear, so your team knows what the system can do and when to step in.
