When you use the AI Diagnostic, direct request form, booking path, or email link, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, work email, company, answers, request details, selected path, booking context, and any notes you submit.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, recommend the best next step, follow up with you, route the work internally, and improve the site experience. Diagnostic answers and request details are used to understand the business context you chose to share.

Analytics

The site may use analytics to understand page visits, form interactions, traffic source, and conversion flow. Analytics should not be treated as a substitute for the information you intentionally submit through a form or email.

Service providers

Remedys may use infrastructure and workflow providers to host the site, process form submissions, store intake records, send email notifications, manage booking links, and understand site usage.

What not to submit

Do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information, regulated health information, confidential client records, or secrets inside the website forms. If a project requires sensitive context, start with a high-level description and we can determine the right review process.
